Job summary

Rumli is building an AI-native property management platform in Copenhagen. We seek a product engineer to turn 1,000 customer insights into scalable features, shipping end-to-end from database to UI. You will work closely with our co-founder to shape the product direction and translate customer pain into actionable builds.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong product thinking, and frontline customer interaction, with a central Copenhagen office and an equity offering for employees.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to think in terms of product profitability and user value.
• Experience shipping products used by customers and measurable impact.
• Comfortable engaging with customers to gather feedback.
• Ability to design and scope features with minimal spec input.
• Experience integrating AI features into product workflows.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers and property managers to identify real bottlenecks.
• Decide what to build, prototype, ship, measure, and iterate.
• Own features end-to-end from database to UI.
• Build AI into core product features.
• Collaborate with co-founders on product direction.
• Work independently on ambiguous problems without waiting for a spec.
