Job summary

Rumli is building an AI-native property management platform and is seeking a product engineer to translate real customer pains into measurable product improvements. You’ll work autonomously with the team to define what to build, prototype, ship, and iterate.

You’ll talk to customers, translate needs into features, own end-to-end delivery from database to UI, and shape product direction with the co-founder. Copenhagen-based on-site with a modern office and daily lunch.

Qualifications

• Product thinking and profitability mindset are essential.
• Proven ability to ship customer-visible features.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and users.
• Experience coding agents and implementing AI-powered workflows.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small team.
• On-site, Copenhagen-based work location.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers and property managers to identify bottlenecks.
• Decide what to build, prototype, ship, measure, and iterate.
• Own features end-to-end from database to API to UI.
• Build AI into core product features.
• Collaborate with the co-founder on product direction.
