Wrist is seeking an AI Engineer to shape AI across software delivery and business processes. You will work hands-on with agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, and automation tooling, integrating AI into ongoing projects and ensuring secure, compliant AI adoption across the organization.

The role reports to the Head of AI & Data Excellence and requires strong Python skills, 5+ years in production software, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Flexible, with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production software.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic systems (tool calling, orchestration, RAG).
• Strong programming skills (Python or other languages).
• Curious mindset; eager to learn and adapt to new tech.
• Awareness of IT security, responsible AI and risk management.
• Self-driven; proactive in identifying problems and delivering prototypes.
• Strong communication to drive AI adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agent solutions across software delivery and business processes.
• Identify and prototype AI use cases with cross-team groups.
• Evaluate and introduce AI tools, frameworks, and LLM integrations.
• Ensure responsible AI usage with focus on security, privacy, and risk.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and stakeholders to scale AI practices.
• Build agent workflows to support data migration to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Embed AI agents across the software development lifecycle from spec to release.
• Design evaluation framework to measure agent reliability and accuracy.
