Job summary

3Shape's Innovation Projects team seeks a software developer to explore PoCs at the earliest stage of new product exploration. You will prototype rapidly, design backend and frontend components, and document architectural learnings to ensure lasting impact.

A strong foundation in software engineering, Python and C# is expected, with GenAI experience highly valued. You will operate in a flat hierarchy, join a multinational team in Copenhagen, and contribute to shaping products that leverage AI

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field (software engineering, computer science, machine learning or similar).
Proficient in Python and C#; GenAI experience.
Team player who can work autonomously and contribute ideas.

Responsibilities

Rapid prototyping to determine fast or robust solutions.
Design and build complex software for backend and frontend, including testing and reviews.
Document learnings, decisions, and architecture for long-term knowledge.
Continuously educate yourself on new standards and technologies; scout new tools.
Frequent demos/pitches to decision makers and users.
Occasional participation in user research for better understanding of the dental industry.
