Job summary

VML MAP A/S is a global centre of excellence focused on hyper-personalized customer experiences through AI-driven marketing, CRM, and transformation. We seek a candidate with 1–3 years post‑graduation who prototypes, shapes client briefs, and serves as a technical bridge across multidisciplinary teams.

You will contribute to episodes of hands-on prototyping, explore AI opportunities, and advance strategic briefs with senior teammates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience after graduation.
• Prototyping to learn and deliver insights.
• Ability to translate client needs into clear briefs for engineering.
• Comfort working across consulting, in-house transformation, or startup environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead deliveries with guidance from seniors.

Responsibilities

• Pitch materials end-to-end with senior team members: commercial scope, client narrative, and success criteria.
• Opportunity spotting: identify where agentic AI fits inside current accounts and surface ideas.
• Technical credibility: be the go-to person across disciplines for useful answers.
• Hands-on prototyping: build proof-of-concepts pre-SOW using Claude Code and current toolset.
• Delivery support: synthesize stakeholder insight and prioritize use cases with clear briefs.
• Cross-functional navigation: influence across consultants, engineers, designers, and strategists.
