Job summary

3Shape in Copenhagen is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Reconstruction Software Area, leading a technically anchored, facilitating role to steer the roadmap, planning, and dependencies while collaborating with Product Management to maximize value.

You will coordinate multiple R&D initiatives with parallel developer teams, balance bug work, translate needs into actionable requirements, manage dependencies with hardware teams, and help document decisions and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading software development, R&D, or CV projects.
• Strong collaboration with Product Management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical roadmap and long-term plan for the Reconstruction Software Area.
• Coordinate multiple simultaneous initiatives and manage dependencies.
• Balance bug reports with long-term product outcomes.
• Document decisions, priorities, and success criteria with stakeholders.
