Stibo Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive strategic IT and AI-readiness projects across enterprise architecture and Process Excellence. You will lead cross-functional initiatives from idea through execution, aligning business needs with technology and governance.

You will partner with senior leadership, manage complex programs, and embed new processes into daily operations to deliver sustainable business value. This is a hybrid role with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project/program management or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, cloud ecosystems and enterprise architecture.
• Familiarity with data governance, AI adoption and modern IT delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with technical and executive audiences.
• Confidence in challenging the status quo while respecting existing knowledge.
• Certified project manager, PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale IT and process transformation initiatives from idea through execution and adoption.
• Drive portfolio prioritization and capacity planning.
• Develop governance frameworks, processes and ways of working for effective project execution.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and teams to ensure successful change and adoption.
• Embed new processes and technologies into daily operations for lasting business value.
