Job summary

Stibo DX is a global leader in digital transformation for media enterprises. We seek a Principal Project Manager to anchor the PMO and drive the SaaS Delivery Model across live newsroom projects and migrations.

You will own scope, economics and customer relationships, lead retrospectives, upgrade and migration projects, and work with workflow consultants to keep customers on the standard product. Travel around 10–20% is expected. AI in project work is welcomed.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT or software project management on the vendor side, including building or running a PMO or delivery model with a team that actually used it.
Commercial judgement: budget ownership, change control, fixed price vs T&M, margin and billability.
Experience with SaaS onboarding or platform migrations; comfort with integrations, data migration and cloud hosting.

Responsibilities

Drive the SaaS Delivery Model with the team, taking release 1.0 into use and keeping artefact library current.
Anchor the PMO: maintain project model and standards, rhythm-of-the-business, status reporting and forecast inputs for executives.
Lead retrospectives after go-lives and encode learnings into estimation defaults and playbooks.
Deliver upgrade and migration projects for existing customers, including scope, economics and steering committees.
Collaborate with workflow consultants to keep customers on standard product and assess changes vs customization.
