Job summary

Too Good To Go is seeking a Data Analyst for the Parcels Planning team in Denmark. You will support commercial planning, forecasting, latest estimates and performance modelling, using statistical techniques and AI-assisted workflows to turn data into actionable insight.

You’ll collaborate with the Commercial Planning Manager, maintain reporting outputs and investigate movements across countries, categories and partners, helping deliver clearer, data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial analysis, planning analysis, data analysis with forecasting or modeling.
• Experience using AI tools to support analytical workflows and generate SQL or Python.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with large datasets.
• Experience using BI tools (Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical thinking and understanding of statistics; distinguish descriptive vs causal drivers.
• Comfortable with KPIs like revenue, margin, demand, orders, conversion, AOV, pricing, forecast accuracy, inventory.
• Attention to detail in forecast, budget, latest estimate and reporting.
• Knowledge of regression, hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, time series or forecasting methods.
• Clear communication and ability to explain analysis simply.
• Structured, reliable, able to manage regular reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Curiosity, ownership and ability to handle messy data.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly latest estimate process with data, analysis and reporting.
• Maintain planning and reporting across sales, demand, revenue, margin, orders, AOV.
• Prepare analyses to explain performance movements, risks and opportunities.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive tasks.
• Support budget and forecast cycles with input gathering and data cuts.
• Run ad hoc analyses for commercial and operational questions.
• Identify where assumptions work or not and where further investigation is needed.
• Collaborate with BI Developer to use trusted datasets and translate findings into recommendations.
• Move team toward repeatable and scalable data workflows.
• Ensure data quality and spot inconsistencies before planning outputs.
