Job summary

AAK is seeking a data-driven Supply Planner to strengthen European planning. You will blend analytics, network optimisation and AI-enabled capabilities to support tactical and strategic decisions, across multiple sites in Europe.

Join the Central European Supply Chain team to build data foundations, report capacity, manage inventory, and contribute to strategy with stakeholders across Go-to-Market, Sourcing & Trading, Finance and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years in supply planning, analytics, production planning, or related roles, in multi-site or international environments.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in optimization and scenario models for capacity, inventory, and supply decisions.
• Proven project management experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong Excel, data visualization; Tableau; Python or similar tools is a plus.
• Interest in digitalization, automation, and AI in supply chain planning; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop capacity reporting across European sites, providing insights into asset utilisation and network optimisation.
• Analyse supply, demand, capacity, and inventory to identify risks and optimization opportunities.
• Develop end-to-end value chain models considering operational and cost factors to support decisions.
• Drive supply planning projects and continuous improvement across the European network.
• Build data foundations and analytics to enable AI-driven supply chain planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Procurement to align decisions.
