Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive growth across Denmark’s largest enterprises, focusing on Financial Services. You will leverage an established Danish network to close multi‑stakeholder SaaS deals and position ElevenAgents as the core AI voice platform.

In this role you’ll craft strategic account plans, partner with Customer Success and Engineering, and translate complex AI value into measurable business outcomes for C‑levels and senior buyers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota‑carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM‑based products, or API‑driven platforms.
• Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
• Well‑connected in the Danish financial services landscape, with an existing network of senior individuals and ability to build relationships at the C‑suite and board level.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate complex technology into business value.
• Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Denmark, with the ability to accelerate deal velocity within complex structures.
• Comfort operating in an early‑stage, high‑growth environment, including building new playbooks and iterating quickly.
• Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers.
• Native or full professional proficiency in Danish; strong English for internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Denmark, focusing on Financial Services & Insurance.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' AI capabilities can drive engagement and efficiency for financial services.
• Lead consultative, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, building business cases translating AI voice tech into value.
• Develop understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including use cases and trends for regulated Danish finance.
• Demonstrate expertise or willingness to learn about conversational AI and ElevenLabs' voice tech across customer support and IVR.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand presence in Danish financial services, navigating procurement structures.
• Partner with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients, educating C‑suite on AI trends in voice interfaces and conversational agents.
