Job summary

JYSK is seeking an AI Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end AI initiatives from planning to production while balancing governance strategy and delivery execution. You will work with cross-functional teams across the AI department to ensure high-quality, compliant AI solutions and timely deployments.

You willPartner with the AI Product Owner and leverage your delivery leadership to advance AI governance, agent governance, and EU AI Act compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery experience in AI, ML, analytics or data products.
• Experience as Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Agile
• Knowledge of AI governance and EU AI Act compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from planning to production.
• Drive execution based on priorities set by the AI Product Owner.
• Coordinate planning, refinement, stand-ups, retros and demos to ensure flow.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, data engineers and IT teams.
• Lead compliance and maturity activities in AI Governance and Agent Governance.
• Ensure deployments are timely and compliant with governance frameworks.

JYSK is strengthening its use of AI to support data-driven decision making, operational efficiency and innovation across the organization. We are now looking for an AI Delivery Lead to join our AI department at the JYSK Head Office.

As AI Delivery Lead, you are responsible for how AI initiatives are delivered – ensuring flow, execution and predictable delivery from idea to production. You work in close collaboration with the AI Product Owner, who owns the what and why, while you own the how and delivery.

In this hybrid role, you will balance driving day-to-day team execution with hands‑on contribution to governance strategy.

You will work directly with cross‑functional teams - data scientists, AI engineers, data engineers, platform engineers, AI enablement specialists, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are built, deployed, and adopted with high quality and speed.

You will also direct ownership of key governance tasks, guiding teams toward AI maturity, leading AI and Agent Governance assessments, and navigating compliance requirements for the EU AI Act.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As AI Delivery Lead, you take operational ownership of AI deliveries and drive AI governance initiatives to ensure responsible and compliant deployment. Your key responsibilities include:

• Owning the end‑to‑end delivery of AI initiatives from planning to production
• Driving execution based on priorities set by the AI Product Owner
• Driving and facilitating planning and delivery activities (such as planning, refinement, daily stand‑up, retrospective, demos, etc.) to ensure steady flow and progress
• Coordinating work across the AI team, IT teams and business stakeholders
• Actively removing impediments and managing dependencies across initiatives
• Following development, progress closely and ensuring timely deployments and handovers
• Ensuring transparency on progress, risks and delivery status
• Leading compliance and maturity activities in AI Governance and Agent Governance
• Conducting AI assessments to ensure solutions align with governance frameworks
• Supporting and guiding teams toward full compliance with the EU AI Act

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are looking for a pragmatic and delivery‑focused profile who thrives in execution and close collaboration. You enjoy being close to the work, driving team flow, and taking direct responsibility for AI governance and compliance. You likely bring:

• Hands‑on experience delivering solutions within AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, data products and similar
• Experience from roles such as Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar
• Solid understanding of agile principles and cross‑functional teamwork
• Knowledge of AI governance, Agent Governance, or compliance frameworks such as the EU AI Act
• Practical experience with AI assessments or quality assurance in data/AI initiatives
• Ability to collaborate closely with a Product Owner while maintaining clear role boundaries
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A structured, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
• Experience with JIRA or similar is considered an advantage, but not a must
