Job summary

Novonesis in Lyngby, Denmark is seeking a Student Assistant for AI Adoption in Supply Chain to help turn AI ideas into practical tools and capabilities. You will develop training materials and guide colleagues in using Copilot and other AI solutions.

This role offers hands-on experience, close collaboration with global teams, and flexible hours around 15–20 per week while you study, with the November 15, 2026 application deadline.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Digital Business, CS, IS, SCM, Engineering, Communication, Learning & Development or related field.
• Expected to complete studies in summer 2028 or later.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging training materials, learning content, guides, and best practices for AI adoption.
• Build, test, and improve reusable prompt libraries for supply chain scenarios.
• Support colleagues in using Microsoft Copilot and other AI solutions via workshops, sessions, and demonstrations.
• Identify and document AI use cases and help develop Copilot agents and low-code automations.
• Capture and share AI success stories and lessons learned across the AI Community.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT and Digital & Analytics teams to monitor adoption and scale capabilities.
