Nordea Corporate Lending Digital in Business Banking seeks a Product Manager for Agentic Corporate Lending to own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered solutions across the corporate lending value chain.

Your mission is to identify high-value use cases, build scalable AI capabilities, and accelerate the transition toward a more automated, data-driven, and customer-centric lending experience.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Product Management or related leadership roles.
• Experience with corporate SME lending or fintech is preferred.
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, and AI in regulated environments.
• Ability to influence in a matrix organization.
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the agentic AI roadmap across the lending value chain.
• Redesign processes around human agent collaboration.
• Lead products from discovery to production and scale.
• Collaborate with engineering, data and architecture on AI capabilities.
• Coach PM teams and monitor global AI trends.
• Assess user feedback and define AI solution accuracy.
