Job summary

Nordea is looking for an AI Gateway Product Owner to drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the enterprise AI Gateway platform. You will define how LLMs and A2A patterns are exposed securely across Nordea, collaborating with engineers, governance, risk, and consumer teams.

You will own the product vision for a data mesh/AI platform, with a focus on secure infra, automated provisioning, and reusable engineering patterns across multiple clouds.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner of a technical platform.
• Experience with API management or gateway platforms (e.g., Kong, IBM API Connect/DataPower, Apigee, orCloud Gateways).
• Hands-on experience with LLM gateways or model/agent onboarding workflows.
• Knowledge of agents, MCP, and A2A, and how to govern them across multi-cloud stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nordea's AI Gateway and AI Registry capabilities.
• Translate regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, DORA, GDPR) into platform capabilities and backlog items.
• Act as primary contact between engineering, risk/compliance, and stakeholders.
• Drive onboarding of new use cases onto the platform including LLM access via AWS Bedrock and GCP Gemini.
• Collaborate with engineering, architects, and self-service portal team to ensure strong developer experience.
• Define and track success metrics for platform adoption, governance, and operational maturity.
• Represent the AI Gateway platform in governance forums and leadership updates.
