Job summary

Nordea seeks an experienced Expert Agentic Business Engineer to design, build, and operationalize agentic AI solutions for Asset & Wealth Management in a regulated banking environment.

You will translate business needs into robust agentic applications, frame problems, prototype rapidly, and industrialize production-ready services with measurable outcomes across advisory workflows and operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on agentic AI experience, capable of building agent workflows.
• Strong LLM ops with focus on quality, latency, cost and safety.
• Experience with guardrails and safety for regulated environments.
• Proficient Python software engineering with testing and VCS.
• Cloud deployment and REST API integration, containerisation knowledge.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from idea to production with measurable outcomes.
• Prototype and industrialize agentic AI services at scale.
• Collaborate with Private Banking/AWM and control functions end-to-end.
• Design governance, evaluation strategies, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Enable reuse through patterns, components, and reference implementations.
• Monitor production behavior and iterate on prompts, tools, and logic.
