Qualifications

• Translate engineering documentation into practical inspection requirements.
• Develop control and inspection plans for drone platform and Ground Control Station.
• Define inspection points for components and manufacturing processes.
• Handle nonconformances, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support configuration management and product traceability.
• Experience with GD&T, control plans, configuration management or prototype production.
• Aerospace experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Turn engineering requirements into practical quality controls for product and manufacturing process.
• Develop Control Plans and Inspection Plans for the drone platform and Ground Control Station.
• Translate CAD models, engineering drawings and specs into inspection requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Define inspection points for components, assemblies and manufacturing processes.
• Handle nonconformances, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support configuration, revision control and product traceability.
• Work hands-on with inspections and verification during early production.
