Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience translating engineering drawings and specs into inspection criteria.
• Experience with NCR processes and structured problem solving.
• GD&T, control plans or configuration management experience.
• Aerospace or regulated manufacturing background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn engineering requirements into practical quality controls for the product and manufacturing process.
• Develop Control Plans and Inspection Plans for the drone platform and Ground Control Station.
• Translate CAD models, engineering drawings and specifications into clear inspection requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Define inspection points for components, assemblies and manufacturing processes.
• Handle nonconformances, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support configuration, revision control and product traceability.
