Job summary

Terma is seeking a Test Engineer to drive tests of space systems and ensure high quality through rigorous test procedures. You will document results, report outcomes, and suggest design improvements in collaboration with stakeholders.

You’ll join a team of 15 engineers and technicians inside Test Operations within Space Systems, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will work in an international environment with flexible hours and some work-from-home days,

Your role in our team

As our new Test Engineer, you will act as our subject matter expert on PCDU (Power Conditioning & Distribution Unit) test and guiding our junior team members. You will be responsible for driving and performing tests of our space systems, where you proactively will identify and resolve issues, contributing to high quality and continuous development. You will document results, prepare reports, and share feedback to help improve our designs in close collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders.

You will be part of Test Operations within our Space Systems department, joining a team of 15 Engineers and Technicians. The team works closely together with a strong focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a structured approach to testing activities. You will join an open and professional environment where team members support each other and share knowledge as part of the daily work. The team has a solution-oriented mindset and continuously works on improving methods, processes, and overall test quality.

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering or similar field
• You have experience with tests and knowledge of engineering and test procedures
• You have solid understanding of analog circuit theory
