YOUR TALENTS FOR CIRCULA
  • Qualifications. You have at least 3 years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the mid-market or enterprise segment.

YOUR IMPACT AT CIRCULA

As a Senior Account Executive at Circula, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle of our expense management and benefits solutions for the German mid-market. Your pipeline will consist of inbound leads (approx. 60%), complemented by self-generated outbound opportunities (20%) and pre-qualified outbound leads (20%). After a successful onboarding, you’ll achieve conversion rates of 20%-25% and contribute to expanding the enterprise customer segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the entire sales process from acquisition to closing, focusing on deals between €20K–€100K ARR.

  • Engage with potential customers through discovery calls and tailored product demos that highlight how Circula’s solutions meet their specific needs.

  • Lead the sales process with prospects based on our Value Selling concept, clearly articulating Circula’s value proposition.

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and manage multi-stakeholder deals within the German mid-market.

  • Balance outbound activities and inbound leads, effectively manage your pipeline, and ensure an efficient sales cycle (around 90 days).

  • Collaborate with Integration Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing to ensure a smooth post-sale transition and provide valuable feedback for product improvements.

  • Share customer insights and feedback with the Product and Marketing teams to support the continuous development of our products and campaigns.
