Size and functions of local team: 18 FTEs currently growing to 50 in 34 months (building current GTM team IT teams)

• Own and execute experiments across multiple marketing channels.
• Contribute to lead generation funnel optimization and conversion strategy.
• Work with AI tools to automate workflows and enhance marketing efficiency.
• Test and measure creative content messaging and offers.
• Analyze campaign data and translate insights into growth actions.
• Balance creative ideation with analytical execution.

• Experience running experiments and analyzing performance data.
