- Utilize Celonis for process mining to analyze and improve our processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven recommendations that add real value.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and set roadmaps to guide our process mining projects.
- Monitor performance with KPIs, create process dashboards, and implement optimizations aligned with customer needs and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand needs and goals, and keep them informed with clear reports on process mining activities.
- Manage relationships with service providers (e.g., Celonis), oversee contracts, SLAs, and performance reviews, coordinate implementations and troubleshooting, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure governance and compliance, implement best practices, and train colleagues and teams on Celonis-related topics.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Data Analysis, (Business) Informatics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in process mining, process optimization/analysis, or similar roles in banking/finance.
- Strong expertise in process mining tools like Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Focus on product development, feature prioritization, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to lead small, interdisciplinary teams and drive change within the organization.
- Strategic approach to working with short-term product and customer feedback cycles.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for teamwork.
- Openness to cultural diversity in an international environment.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
