A leading pharmaceutical company in Mannheim is seeking a Strategic Assistant to support the Executive Board Member in Healthcare Logistics & Sustainable Supply Chain. The role involves strategic initiative development, market research, and facilitating communication across management teams. The ideal candidate holds a master's degree, has at least 2 years of experience, and is fluent in English and German. This position provides a dynamic environment to drive change and influence decisions.
Qualifikationen
- Master's degree in business administration or equivalent with focus on Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience - ideally in a consulting environment.
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic thinker to join our team as the Strategic Assistant (m / f / d) to the Executive Board Member Healthcare Logistics & Sustainable Supply Chain at our headquarters in Mannheim.
- Providing fast and straightforward solutions for day-to-day business to the Executive Board Member Healthcare Logistics & Sustainable Supply Chain of the PHOENIX group
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives while receiving insights on Executive Board level
- Acting as a communication interface between headquarters and the country management teams of Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland and the Baltics
- Research market information, analyze and prepare data
- Prepare well-founded decision-making documents for the Executive Board
- Coordinating and creating presentations for supervisory board and management board meetings, as well as external conferences
- Leading group-wide projects
- A master’s degree in business administration or equivalent qualification with focus on Finance
- Min. 2 years of professional experience - ideally in a consulting environment
- Entrepreneurial thinking, as well as an independent and result oriented way of working
- Fluent English and German, both written and spoken, as well as excellent MS Office skills
- Professional and friendly manner, absolute reliability and discretion when dealing with confidential information
- High degree of commitment, flexibility and assertiveness
- Willingness to go on foreign business trips from time to time
