• You will be responsible for building multiple scrum teams which will develop and maintain payment services and product enhancements with new features.
• As a hands-on leader, you will work with Product, Solution Architects, DevOps/SREs, and the leadership team to translate requirements into payment services and solutions provided by our platform.
• You are expected to lead multiple scrum teams with approximately 12 to 15 associates.
• You are expected to be a mentor and produce high-quality output by effectively managing the scrum team.
• You will build highly scalable, highly available applications in a microservices architecture.
• You will lead the team with security in mind (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature), SSL, web service proxies, firewalls, and multi-protocol gateways.

• BS/BA in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. Masters degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience from developer to progressive leadership roles.
• 2 years of experience with direct accountability to build and lead a team to deliver on roadmaps.
• Well versed in SDLC, Development, and continuous delivery/continuous deployment within a large-scale organization desired.
• Ability to lead a hands-on team with a strong foundational development experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring integration, Spring Security, Oracle SQL, RDBMS, GIT, JIRA, Maven, Confluence, on Agile methodology.
• Experience in Restful APIs, API gateways, preferable Apigee.
• Experience in Kafka or other Realtime Messaging platforms would be an added advantage.
• Fluent in German and English.

• Knowledge in Containerization with applications deployed on Docker or Kubernetes.
• Expertise in implementing complex full stack solutions and microservices in large Enterprise organizations.
• Experience in implementing high volume transactions processing applications with over 200 tps throughput.
