As a Senior Technical Product Manager for Data Backbone, you will drive the technical vision and strategy for our data interconnectivity and compliance initiatives across our systems. You will establish frameworks that enable seamless data exchange between applications while ensuring traceability and regulatory compliance.

At Enpal, you will be responsible for :

1. Product Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data interconnectivity and compliance initiatives across the organization. Translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining a balance between compliance requirements, system integration needs, and business goals.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead complex data integration efforts across multiple teams, working closely with engineering, compliance, and domain teams to create and implement standards for secure, scalable system connections and data exchange protocols.
3. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Drive alignment across the organization by managing stakeholders at all levels. Provide high-level reporting on key initiatives, metrics, and OKRs. Transform complex technical challenges into clear business value propositions.
4. Technical Product Development: Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, prioritizing features and capabilities based on business impact and technical constraints. Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical landscape overview that showcases system integration points, data flows, and architectural dependencies to support compliance requirements and platform scalability.
5. Technical Problem Solving: Drive technical decisions through a deep understanding of system integration requirements, compliance needs, and data exchange constraints. Engage with engineering teams, compliance specialists, and other technical stakeholders to gather insights and balance competing needs for optimal solution development.

Qualifications:

• You have a strategic mindset, technical depth, and a passion for enabling teams with the right data.
• You have a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions for complex business problems.
• You have 4 years of technical product management experience with demonstrated success in managing complex security or infrastructure products and driving cross-team initiatives.
• You have a strong technical background with an understanding of data architectures, API design, integration patterns, and compliance frameworks. Ability to participate in technical discussions and make informed architectural decisions regarding system interconnectivity.
• You have a proven track record of shipping successful products and features, with experience in agile methodologies and product development processes.
• You excel in product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap development, with the ability to balance technical debt, feature development, and business needs.
• You have strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making experience, and the ability to define and track relevant metrics.
• You have outstanding communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences and drive alignment—a plus.
• You have a self-driven mindset, with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, take ownership, and drive results.
• You have a pragmatic approach to product development, focusing on iterative improvements while maintaining high standards for data integrity, compliance, and scalability of system integrations.
• You have experience with data governance frameworks, API management, and implementing solutions that enable traceability in complex system landscapes.
