Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with our partners in the DACH region to drive revenue growth through successful sales project acquisitions.
  2. Identify new markets and opportunities for business development, staying attuned to regional trends and demands.
  3. Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the DACH partners (especially the OEM, new and existing business).
  4. Strategically support the Channel through effective campaign management to enhance sales initiatives.
  5. Evaluate and recommend potential acquisitions of additional Channel partners and explore new areas for expansion.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in both English and German languages is essential.
  2. Possess 5+ years of hands-on experience in partner sales.
  3. Proven track record in defining and implementing Go-to-Market strategies.
  4. Solid background in software product sales, demonstrating comprehensive industry knowledge.
  5. Familiarity with diverse sales tactics, including sales focus, tactics, pipeline structure, and effective use of QTM (Quantitative Territory Management).
  6. Expertise in forecasting within solution selling and complex solutions.
  7. Previous experience in B2B sales is a must.
