We are seeking for

We are looking for 2 Lead Qualification Assistants / Assistant Recruiters (gn*) to support our Student Recruitment Team.
Limitation: 2 months
Working hours: 40 hours per month / 10 hours per week


Your Responsibilities
  • Qualify initial inquiries about KLU’s study programs via phone, email, chat, or direct message
  • Identify prospective students’ needs to enable tailored communication
  • Schedule consultations and transfer qualified leads to the Student Recruitment team
  • Maintain and enhance the CRM system (Full Fabric) and related tools (e.g., Calendly)
  • Collaborate closely with the Student Recruitment and Marketing teams
  • Support reporting and analysis to improve lead conversion rates

Your Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Comfortable with phone-based outreach and direct engagement with prospective students
