Key Responsibilities

• Become a digital marketing advisor, guiding advertisers on how to make the most of social media for their business success.
• Dive into social media analytics to help clients improve their marketing strategies.
• Make inbound and outbound calls to advertisers to discuss their ad performance and budgets.
• Learn to spot trends early and work with clients to implement winning sales strategies.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including effective call management (average 24 minutes), successful marketing implementations, and strong client feedback.

No Sales Experience? No Problem!
If you’re ready to learn, we’ll provide all the training and support you need. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop new skills in the fast-growing world of digital marketing and social media advertising.

Training

• Duration: 4 weeks (2 weeks training, 2 weeks nesting). Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Certification: You’ll complete the Meta Blueprint Certification Course in digital marketing during training, setting you up for success in this dynamic field.
• Fully paid training, with ongoing mentorship and shadowing of experienced colleagues.

Work Hours

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:45 AM to 5:15 PM).
• Includes a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks daily.

Salary & Benefits

• Performance Bonus: Up to €7,500 annually.
• Relocation Bonus: Up to €1,900 for relocation from outside Germany to Berlin; up to €700 from within Germany.
