Description
- Evaluate, analyze, diagnose and solve technical equipment problems via telephone, remote access or in person at a customer location.
- Preparation of field service report on customer support activity and providing documentation to other supporting functions on re-occurring problems.
- Representing the company to the customer and accountability for customer satisfaction with service.
- Coordinating actions with customers to minimize downtime.
- Training and Support service engineers worldwide.
- Communication with all partners in a timely manner.
- Effectively present information to management.
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- University Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Good practical skills in electronic, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read and work with engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in English and German.
- Proficiency in MS office tools.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites on a regular basis (roughly 25%) for onsite support and service & systems installation.
