Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Lead the implementation of logistics automation projects with various suppliers as an implementation specialist.
- Translate conceptual designs and feasibility studies into detailed engineering plans.
- Coordinate with suppliers, IT teams, and operational staff to ensure system alignment and integration.
- Develop and document test plans and acceptance criteria for automated solutions.
- Oversee system testing, including Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), technical availability tests, stress tests, and operational ramp-up.
- Provide hands-on support during implementation, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.
- Ensure system safety compliance.
- Design logistics warehouses as part of feasibility studies, translating requirements into effective layouts and processes.
Qualifications
- Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with implementing automated logistics solutions such as shuttles, AutoStore, conveyors, and packaging lines.
- Responsibility-taking attitude.
- Strong affinity with logistics and warehouse automation.
- Hands-on experience with tender processes, supplier coordination, and system testing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
- Proficiency with SketchUp and AutoCAD for layout visualization.
