At the earliest possible date we are looking in Frankfurt am Main or remotely for an

Art Director (m/f/d) in a permanent position in the field of fashion, lifestyle and beauty – full-time (40h)

YOUR ACTIVITIES:

• With your keen sense of aesthetics, you will create layouts for online and offline material.
• The entire art direction process is in your hands: Concept creation, storyboards, the organization of photo and video shoots through to final image editing and beauty retouching.
• You are responsible for the cross-departmental communication of all online and offline content and are in close contact with our service providers. You always ensure that the set budget is adhered to.
• Post-production such as editing, color correction/grading and graphic elements are also part of your tasks.
• You are innovative, can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and are also enthusiastic about special projects.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• You have completed a graphic design apprenticeship or a corresponding course of study and already have professional experience in graphic design, ideally in the fashion industry.
• Beauty and cosmetics are your passion and you have a keen sense of beauty and style.
• You have already accompanied many photo shoots on location and in the studio in the fashion, lifestyle and beauty sector and have always kept a cool head.
• You are conceptually strong online and offline and absolutely fluent in German and English.
• In addition to your creativity, you have an independent and structured way of working, easily meet deadlines and see yourself as a team player.
• You are proficient in common tools such as Adobe CC and Premiere (or a comparable video program) on a daily basis.
• Quick comprehension, ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience.
