We are a market research company operating in the luxury-premium industry seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Team / Community.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the customer experience of some of the most popular and iconic brands, through all the different touchpoints, with the ultimate goal to help our clients to better understand the luxury-premium markets and their customers. Our clients mainly belong to fashion, cosmetics, watch, jewelry, automotive industries. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals who will provide you with training and support to help you excel in this position.

Please note that this is a freelance position, and as such, you will be engaged as a freelancer, and not as an employee of the company. This freelance opportunity offers great flexibility and can easily complement a full-time position.

• Conduct research-based activities on the luxury and fashion markets
• Gather data through various channels such as in-store visits, surveys, focus groups, and online research
• Complete reports based on your findings
• Provide recommendations based on your findings

• Passion for the luxury and/or fashion industry and/or shopping
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No previous experience required
