Network Engineer
Job summary
A leading technology provider is seeking a Network Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of hands-on experience with at least one firewall type and relevant tools such as Ansible or Terraform. Knowledge of MPLS, VPNs, and infrastructure solutions is essential. This position offers a 1-year remote contract based in Germany with immediate start available.

- Required 8-15 years of hands-on experience on at least one firewall type (Cisco 9000er Series – ACI or Arista) + at least two of the following:
- Ansible, Terraform, Python
- Tufin for Automation (SecureTrack, SecureChange)
- Cisco ASR VPN Routers
- SAP Router
- Required 8-15 years of hands-on experience on at least one firewall type (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet) + at least one of the following:
- F5 Load Balancers
- Ansible, Terraform, Python
- Tufin for Automation (SecureTrack, SecureChange)
- Must be aware of the following:
- MPLS, static routing, MP-BGP
- VRF, VLAN, VXLAN
- VPC, MLAG
- HSRP, VRRP, VARP
- SNMP, Syslog
- Application Centric Infrastructure (Endpoint Groups – EPG, Contracts)
- VPN (IPSec, SSL-VPN, Site-to-Site VPN)
