A leading international recruitment company is seeking a Customer Support Representative to work remotely from Portugal. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, handling support tickets, and conducting outbound calls. Candidates should be fluent in German and enjoy working in a multicultural environment. The position offers a salary of up to 1,300 EUR plus bonuses and relocation support. A shared accommodation option is available for up to 12 months.

- Respond to customer requests via email, chat, and calls.
- Handle support tickets for queries, refunds, or services.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products.
Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote in Portugal
Market: German-Speaking
As part of the Customer Service Operations team, you will:
- Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
- Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
- Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
- Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
- Provide operational feedback and elevate cases when needed
- Salary: Up to 1,300 + performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year)
- Relocation Support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad)
Accommodation Option:
Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months
Rent: 280/month, all utilities included (deducted from payslip)
- 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break
- 22 vacation days per year
- If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day
