Job summary
A leading technology company in Berlin is seeking a Software Architect to design the architecture of future features in their platform. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in computer science, extensive experience as a software architect or lead engineer, and expertise in Java, Spring, Microservices, OAuth2.0, CI/CD, and Kubernetes. Fluency in English and German is required.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience as a software architect or lead engineer.
- Experience in modern web frontend and app development technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design the architecture of future features in the Verimi platform.
- Communicate with partners in joint development projects to ensure well-designed interfaces.
- Help with analysis and troubleshooting of incidents.
- Drive and develop technical improvements and proof of concepts.
- Present technically complex solutions to stakeholders.
Skills
Education
As a software architect (d/m/w), you will be responsible for the architecture of our products. You will support our product and development teams with the following main tasks:
- You design the architecture of future features in the Verimi platform in coordination with product management and the development teams.
- You communicate with our partners in joint development projects to ensure that the interfaces are well designed and understood
- You help with the analysis and troubleshooting of incidents
- You design, drive and develop technical improvements and proof of concepts for our software
- You present technically complex solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- You have a university degree in computer science or a related field.
- You have several years of experience as a software architect or lead engineer.
- You are an expert in Java, Spring, Microservice Architecture, OAuth2.0, CI/CD and Kubernetes and have experience in modern web frontend and app development technologies.
- You have experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- You are business fluent (min. level B2) in written and spoken English and German.
