Are you an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with a passion for sustainability and industrial innovation? We are looking for a Business Development Manager for Europe, based in Germany, who wants to drive commercial growth across Europe. In this strategic role, you will combine hands‑on sales with building strong customer relationships and developing new business opportunities in sectors such as construction, logistics, and manufacturing.
You will be responsible for shaping the company's go‑to‑market strategy, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in sectors such as construction, logistics, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial sales, a passion for sustainability, and a hands‑on approach to business development.
Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial or Chemical), ideally with relevance to the plastics sector.
Proficiency in German and fluency in English are essential.
Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (minimum 50% of the time), with flexibility to increase travel as needed to secure business and foster client relationships.
