• You have completed a technical apprenticeship (e.g. mechatronics engineer) or a degree in electrical engineering, automation technology or similar
• If you have already gained a few years of professional experience in technical field service, this is an advantage, but not a must
• You enjoy looking after our customers both on site and from the office
• In addition to your technical passion and enthusiasm for automation, you also have strong communication and teamwork skills
• You impress customers with your competent and customer-friendly demeanour
• You have a very good command of German and can communicate well in English
• You have a valid German driving licence (class B)

• Commissioning, maintenance and repair of robot systems
• Receiving, testing and updating the robot rental fleet
