1. Build and deploy the technology stack that powers our factory of the future, including production scheduling, workflow orchestration, real-time integration with industrial machines, and more.
2. Take ownership of features end-to-end, focusing on either frontend or backend, while being flexible to contribute across the stack to ensure a holistic approach to software development.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions into a challenging and fascinating business domain.
4. Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our software systems.
5. Work closely with our product team to develop user stories and identify opportunities to add business value.

1. 5+ years of experience building and maintaining modern web applications across the stack, from intuitive frontend interfaces to robust backend systems.
2. Proven track record of shipping real software products in complex enterprise SaaS web applications.
3. Strong technical and delivery mindset, comfortable making decisions that balance speed, quality, and maintainability.
4. Collaborative team player who actively contributes to discussions and mentors less experienced engineers.
5. Eager to develop generalist skills and deepen expertise in frontend and backend technologies.
6. Experience with modern technologies such as Python, Django, React.js, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, and Bazel is preferred. However, the ability to learn new tools quickly and select the best tools for the task is most important.
