A leading crypto-fintech platform is searching for a Sales Manager for the DACH region. In this full-time role, you will build sales pipelines for turnkey mining solutions, support inbound leads, and foster partnerships within the crypto ecosystem. Ideal candidates will have a strong network, experience in the crypto space, and proficiency with CRM systems. Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset are critical for success. Sales Manager DACH Region (Turnkey Mining Solutions)

EMCD is a simplified crypto-fintech platform. EMCD comprises a complete ecosystem of crypto services built around a top 10 global mining pool (#1 in Eastern Europe). Additionally EMCD Coinhold has been named by as the best crypto savings account of 2024.

EMCD delivers everything crypto enthusiasts need from beginners to advanced users.

EMCD B2B offers everything you need to conduct business with digital assets.

Responsibilities

Build an outbound sales pipeline for the sale of EMCD turnkey mining product to B2B and B2C investors using existing network. Support with processing of inbound leads for the DACH region for EMCDs turnkey mining solution. Develop local partnerships with crypto ecosystem players to create new lead generation channels. Create and nurture a network of referral partners who will help with sourcing inbound leads on a commission basis. Continue building post-sales relationships with customers for upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Represent the company and the product at local and industry events.

Requirements

An existing network of potential customers for EMCDs turnkey mining solution. Experience and interest in the crypto space with expertise in turnkey mining solutions highly preferable. Comfort with CRM systems and reporting for activity tracking. Experience working in an international environment where English is the main spoken language.

Challenges

This is a quota-carrying role with clear targets and performance is measured by results. The working environment is often ambiguous where the path to achieving results is not always obvious. A fast impact on results is expected. The product is still in the MVP stage meaning candidates must be able to handle legitimate client objections.

A determined self-starter with a hunter attitude. Results-oriented and driven to be the best. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
