Job summary

Allianz SE sucht eine studentische Hilfskraft im Workplace IT-Bereich in München. Sie unterstützen Mitarbeitende bei arbeitsplatzbezogenen Anfragen, helfen beim Setup, der Übergabe und dem Lifecycle-Management von Arbeitsgeräten sowie der Datenerfassung und Berichterstattung mit Power BI und IT-Tools.

Sie arbeiten max. 20 Stunden pro Woche, sind an der Universität eingeschrieben und arbeiten vor Ort im Büro in München.

Qualifications

• Im Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationssysteme oder vergleichbares Fachgebiet eingeschrieben.
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Windows-Geräten und Microsoft 365.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.
• Verfügbarkeit von bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche, regelmäßige Vor-Ort-Tage im Büro.
• Interesse an Daten- und Automatisierungstools wie Power BI, ServiceNow oder Nexthink.
• Im Studienverlauf eingeschrieben während des Vertragszeitraums.
• Aufgeschlossenheit für kreative und innovative Lösungen sowie Interesse an modernen Technologien wie KI oder internem ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden bei arbeitsplatzbezogenen Anfragen.
• Mitwirkung bei Einrichtung, Übergabe, Nachverfolgung und Lifecycle-Management von Arbeitsplatz- Geräten.
• Sicherung und Aktualisierung von Geräten durch Nachverfolgung.
• Beitrag zu Workplace-Analytics und Reporting mit Power BI, ServiceNow, Nexthink.
• Mitwirkung an Onboarding-, Floorwalk- und Feedback-Aktivitäten.

Job description

Aufgaben:

Support employees with workplace-related questions and help coordinate workplace service activities. Assist with the setup, handover, tracking and lifecycle management of workplace devices and IT equipment. Help keep devices secure and up to date by following up with colleagues. Contribute to workplace analytics and reporting using platforms such as Power BI, ServiceNow, Nexthink. Take part in workplace improvement activities such as onboarding support for new colleagues, office floorwalks and gathering employee feedback.

Qualifikation:

Ongoing studies in computer science, business informatics, information systems or a comparable field. First hands‑on experience with Windows devices and Microsoft 365. Very good English skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non‑technical colleagues; German is a plus. Availability of up to 20 hours per week, with regular days on site in our office. Desirable: interest in data and automation tools such as Power BI, ServiceNow or Nexthink. You are enrolled at a university during the contract period. Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward‑thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
