Job summary

Allianz sucht eine/n Werkstudent/in im Bereich Regulatory & Political Affairs, Europe & International, mit Sitz in München. Sie unterstützen das Team bei der Identifikation regulatorischer Entwicklungen und der Ableitung umsetzbarer Insights für Führungskräfte.

Sie erstellen Berichte und Präsentationen, arbeiten an der Optimierung von Dokumentenstandards mit und prüfen den Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung.

Qualifications

• Fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder Master-Studium in Economics, BWL, Rechtswissenschaften, Politikwissenschaft oder verwandtem Fach; während des Vertrags eingeschrieben.
• Starkes Interesse an Regulierungs- und Politikthemen, v. a. Nachhaltigkeit, Finanzdienstleistungen/Versicherungen und digitaler AI-gesteuerter Regulierung.
• Offenheit für kreative und innovative Lösungen sowie Leidenschaft für zukunftsweisende Technologien wie KI oder internes ChatGPT; starke MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
• Starke Recherche-, Analyse- und Synthesefähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen in klare, knappe Botschaften zu übersetzen; hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Ownership.
• Fließendes Englisch (schriftlich & mündlich); Deutsch von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei der Analyse komplexer regulatorischer und strategischer Themen und deren klare, überzeugende Kommunikation.
• Erstellung/Verfeinerung von Präsentationen, Briefings und Berichten (PowerPoint, Word) mit Fokus auf Klarheit, Struktur und Executive Relevanz.
• Beiträge zur kontinuerlichen Verbesserung unserer Dokumente, Formate und Standards.
• Erkundung und Anwendung von KI-Tools, um Workflows zu optimieren, unter Beachtung von Governance.
• Unterstützung des täglichen Betriebs und der effizienten Umsetzung von Teamprozessen.

Aufgaben:

As a Working Student in Regulatory & Political Affairs, Europe & International, situated in Munich, you will operate at the intersection of regulation, economics, Public Affairs, and corporate strategy. You will support our team in identifying emerging regulatory and political developments, assessing their strategic implications for Allianz and the broader insurance industry, and translating complex topics into clear, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders.

Actively contribute to our regulatory and Public Affairs work by analyzing complex regulatory and strategic topics and translating them into clear, compelling messages

Create and refine presentations, briefings, and reports (PowerPoint, Word), focusing on clarity, structure, and executive relevance

Contribute to the continuous improvement and professionalization of our documents, formats, and communication standards

Explore and apply AI tools to enhance our workflows while ensuring alignment with governance and regulatory requirements

Support daily operations and contribute to the efficient execution of team processes

Qualifikation:

Advanced Bachelor's or Master's student in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Political Science, or a related field. You are enrolled at a university during the contract period.

Strong interest in regulatory and policy topics, particularly sustainability, financial services/insurance and digital/AI-driven regulation

Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT, strong MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Word)

Strong research, analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, concise messages, high level of reliability and ownership

Fluency in English (written and spoken); German an advantage

Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT
