Job summary

Galaxus Deutschland GmbH sucht am Standort Neuenburg am Rhein einen Workflow Specialist (f/m/d). Sie sind Systemexperte im Control Center und sichern einen stabilen, transparenten Warenfluss durch Monitoring, KPI-Steuerung und rasche, systematische Eingriffe.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Inbound/Outbound, Wartung und IT zusammen, identifizieren Engpässe, leiten Optimierungen ein und dokumentieren Abweichungen präzise.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Logistik, Supply Chain oder vergleichbar, ggf. mit weiterer Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung in Lagersteuerung, Monitoring oder Betriebskoordination.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch-Level B2 oder besser.
• Schnelle Identifikation von Engpässen, Abweichungen und Muster.
• Ausdauer, Belastbarkeit und flexible Anpassung an Prioritäten.
• Kreatives, eigenständiges Problemlösen und Initiative.

Responsibilities

• Tagesgenau Überwachung von Lager- und Control-Center-Operationen zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten Warenflusses.
• Analyse von Alarmen, Störungen und Bestandsabweichungen; Koordination mit Inbound/Outbound, Wartung und IT.
• Anpassung von Systemparametern entsprechend Prioritäten und Bedarfen.
• Dokumentation von Abweichungen, Ursachen, Änderungen und Gegenmaßnahmen.
• Steuerung von Volumenflüssen, Prioritäten und Zuordnungen basierend auf Kapazität.
• Identifikation von wiederkehrenden Problemen und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

We are building a new state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Neuenburg am Rhein. As a Workflow Specialist, you’ll play a key role in our operations from day one. You will act as the system expert in the control center, ensuring a stable, transparent and high-performing flow of goods by monitoring operations, controlling relevant KPIs and intervening swiftly and systematically when deviations occur.

Deine Aufgaben

• Monitor daily warehouse and control center operations to ensure efficient goods flow, system performance and process execution
• Analyze alerts, disruptions and inventory variances, coordinating timely resolution with Inbound, Outbound, Maintenance and IT teams
• Monitor and adjust key system parameters in line with operational priorities and business needs
• Document deviations, root causes, parameter changes and corrective actions in a clear and structured manner
• Manage volume flows, priorities and area assignments based on capacity, system status and backlog development
• Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities to support the continuous optimization of warehouse operations

Deine Fähigkeiten

• Degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field, or completed vocational training, with relevant further qualifications
• Experience in warehouse control, monitoring, process coordination or a comparable operational role
• Able to quickly identify bottlenecks, process deviations, system errors and recurring issue patterns
• Very good communication skills in German
• Good communication skills in English (Level B2). If you're not at that level yet, we support you achieving the needed competencies with language classes
• Maintaining resilience and agility while adjusting strategies as needed
• Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
