Galaxus Deutschland GmbH sucht einen Business Controller Operations (f/m/d) für das Operations Center Neuenburg 2. 80–100% Arbeitszeit, Schwerpunkt Kosten- und Leistungsmanagement in der deutschen Logistik.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Finance und Logistik zusammen, entwickeln KPIs weiter, gestalten Budgets und Forecasts, und liefern datengetriebene Empfehlungen für die Optimierung der Controlling-Prozesse.

Formación

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Data Science oder vergleichbares Feld.
• Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Performance Management, ideal mit Fokus auf Operations (Logistik, Supply Chain oder Produktion).
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch gut (B2) und Englisch gut (B2) Pflicht.
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten; Excel Routine; Erfahrung mit SQL und Power BI zur Datenaufbereitung.
• Business-Partner-Mindset; proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern.
• Offenheit, Ehrlichkeit und Beziehungsaufbau im Team.

Responsabilidades

• Kosten- und Leistungsmanagement für unsere deutsche Logistik-Organisation übernehmen: Kostentreiber und KPIs überwachen, Abweichungen früh erkennen, Gegenmaßnahmen einleiten und Management transparent informieren.
• Grundlagen für Budgets und Forecasts mit Finance sowie Logistik-Stakeholdern legen; Annahmen realistisch und nachvollziehbar gestalten.
• Controlling-Setup weiterentwickeln: neue KPIs, Buchungselemente und Reporting-Prozesse mit Operations-Teams konzipieren und implementieren.
• Daten-Ansprechpartner für deutsche Operations-Teams; Ad-hoc-Analysen oder automatisierte Berichte erstellen.
• Eigenständig Verbesserungspotenziale identifizieren, Ideen vorantreiben und Controlling-Prozesse effizienter gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

• Own cost & performance management for our German logistics organization: monitor key cost drivers and KPIs, spot deviations early, kick off targeted countermeasures and keep management clearly informed, no surprises
• Lay the groundwork for annual budgets and forecasts together with Finance and logistics stakeholders, making sure assumptions are realistic and transparent
• Evolve our controlling setup as processes and the organization change: conceive and implement new KPIs, accounting elements and reporting processes hand-in-hand with operations teams
• Be the data go-to for German operations teams, whether it's a quick ad-hoc deep-dive or building automated reports that make everyone's life easier
• Challenge the status quo on your own initiative: spot cost reduction potential, push improvement ideas and sharpen the efficiency of our controlling processes

Deine Fähigkeiten

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science or a comparable field
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in controlling or performance management, ideally with a focus on operations (e.g. logistics, supply chain or production)
• Language skills: good German (B2) and good English (B2) are mandatory
• Strong analytical chops: Excel is second nature, and you're comfortable running more complex data analyses (e.g. SQL, Power BI) to turn messy datasets into clear recommendations
• Business partner mindset: you proactively engage with stakeholders, understand their operational challenges and translate numbers into decisions that matter
• Expressing oneself truthfully and fostering genuine relationships
• Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
