Galaxus Deutschland GmbH baut ein neues Fulfillment-Center in Neuenburg am Rhein auf. Als Flow Manager Inbound verbinden Sie Lagerfloor und Control Center, steuern Inbound-Fluesse in Echtzeit und sichern zuverlässige Durchlaufzeiten.

Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Team zusammen, nutzen WMS/WCS-Daten und arbeiten 80%–100% im Onsite-Betrieb. Sie bringen eine logistische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Praxis mit, kommunizieren klar auf Deutsch und Englisch und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Logistik/Supply Chain oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
• Gute Lesefähigkeit von Materialflussdaten, Dashboards und KPIs
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
• Bereitschaft zu 80%-Arbeitsumfang und flexible Schichtführung

Responsabilidades

• Steuere inbound Materialflüsse in Echtzeit vom Wareneingang bis zur Einlagerung
• Abstimmung inbound-Aktivitäten mit Bedarf, Schichtplanung, Personal und Systemprioritäten
• Koordination der Öffnung, Zuweisung und Nutzung von Arbeitsplätzen auf der Lagerfläche
• Erster Ansprechpartner bei Prozessabweichungen, Engpässen und Materialstaus
• Kommuniziere operative Updates an Stakeholder und eskaliere bei Bedarf
• Identifiziere wiederkehrende Probleme und treibe kontinuierliche Verbesserungen im Inbound

We are building a new state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Neuenburg am Rhein, and you will join us at the very beginning of our journey. As Flow Manager Inbound, you are the real-time link between the warehouse floor and the Control Center. You keep inbound material flows stable, transparent, and demand-driven by connecting people, systems, and quick operational decisions in our new high-tech fulfillment center. You will help shape our inbound operations from day one.

Deine Aufgaben

• Steer inbound material flows in real time, from goods receipt through to putaway, to ensure stable throughput and reliable lead times
• Align daily inbound activities with demand, shift planning, staffing levels, workstation availability, WMS/WCS priorities, and system capacity
• Coordinate the opening, allocation, and use of workstations on the warehouse floor according to operational priorities
• Act as the first point of contact for process deviations, material jams, bottlenecks, and operational obstacles in inbound operations
• Communicate operational updates clearly to the stakeholders, escalating unresolved issues when required
• Identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvements to inbound processes together with the Control Center and operational teams

Deine Fähigkeiten

• Completed vocational training in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, or comparable practical experience in warehouse operations; experience in an automated warehouse or distribution center is a strong plus
• Able to read material-flow data, dashboards, and KPIs quickly to identify deviations, bottlenecks, and capacity risks
• Very good communication skills to communicate clearly and confidently with shift leads, Control Center colleagues, technical support, and other stakeholders
• Very good communication skills in German
• Good communication skills in English (Level B2). If you're not at that level yet, we support you achieving the needed competencies with language classes
