avitea GmbH invites applications for a working student (m/f/d) to join a top-tier industrial company based in Hamm. You will support the HR team in daily operations, assist with applicant management and recruiting, communicate with applicants, and help with HR projects.

You will gain hands-on experience in the automotive sector while taking on increasing responsibilities after onboarding. The role offers flexible work schedules and development opportunities, with a chance to contribute to HR

• An independent, structured, and reliable work style
• High level of initiative and a willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Proficiency with standard MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Very good written and spoken German
