Zusammenfassung

Uniper is seeking a highly organized student to join the Project Resource Management team in Germany. You will support improvement initiatives, prepare meetings and presentations, and develop KPI reports and dashboards to drive transparency and performance.

In this role, you will coordinate actions with internal stakeholders, assist with project planning and documentation, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement while interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
• Interest in project management, organizational development, and stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with different stakeholders
• Structured, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Fluent English; German is a plus
• Growth mindset with openness to new technologies and a willingness to continuously develop relevant skills and capabilities

Aufgaben

• Support departmental improvement initiatives from idea to implementation incl. review of internal processes
• Prepare leadership meetings, All Hands Meetings, workshops, and management presentations
• Develop and maintain KPIs, reports, dashboards, and management materials
• Coordinate and follow up on actions with internal stakeholders across functions
• Support internal communications and stakeholder engagement activities
• Assist with project management, planning, tracking, and documentation
• Drive transparency, organization, and continuous improvement within the department
