Uniper's Portfolio Development Team is seeking a driven professional to shape power asset portfolio strategy by leveraging energy market expertise and translating market outlook into actionable initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional projects, collaborate with sites and key functions, and own holistic revenue assumptions while navigating regulatory and market drivers across Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent education in Engineering, Economics, Natural Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach.
• Sound understanding of European energy markets, particularly Uniper's core markets (Germany, UK, and the Netherlands).
• Demonstrated success in project management and stakeholder engagement within complex organizational environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

Aufgaben

• Leveraging energy market expertise to shape power asset portfolio strategy
• Conduct commercial assessments of Uniper's power asset portfolio and new business opportunities, integrating technical, commercial, and regulatory value drivers
• Drive strategic decisions for physical and contractual assets, including optimization, lifetime extensions, divestments, closures, contract renegotiations, new-build projects, and tolling opportunities
• Own holistic revenue assumptions, and align corresponding market and asset assumptions, within CCO Power and across relevant functions throughout Uniper
• Translate Uniper's market outlook into actionable portfolio transformation initiatives
• Leveraging project management expertise to foster collaboration
• Lead complex cross-functional projects, engaging and coordinating stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with sites and key business functions, including Energy Assets, Business Controlling, Market Analytics, and New Green Power and Gas
• Align critical assumptions and communicate results effectively across reporting lines
