Job summary

MT Management Service GmbH in Augsburg seeks a Working Student: User Support for SAP & Authorizations (m/f/d) to aid European launcher Ariane and other international launchers in taking off.

You will handle SAP 1st-level support tickets, document user requests, assist with error analysis, and help manage SAP authorizations and user accounts. The role emphasizes teamwork, process documentation, and collaboration on SAP projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
• Interest in SAP systems, IT processes, and authorization concepts
• Structured, meticulous, and self-directed work style
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Good communication skills in German
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in IT support or with SAP is a plus

Responsibilities

• Processing ticket requests in the SAP environment as part of 1st-level support
• Recording, analyzing, and documenting user requests
• Assisting with error analysis and escalating more complex issues to 2nd-level support
• Processing, reviewing, and tracking SAP authorization requests
• Creating, modifying, and locking user accounts according to defined processes
• Communicating with business units and users regarding support and authorization issues
• Maintaining and updating documentation, guides, and process descriptions
• Assisting with authorization reviews and audits
• Collaborating on SAP projects and special tasks related to user management and authorizations
• Assisting with administrative tasks within the SAP team
