Minutemen Staffing is hiring an experienced Welder for a manufacturing company in Brunswick, Ohio. We are looking for skilled candidates with welding and heavy industrial fabrication experience who are ready for steady, full-time work. Recent vocational or trade school welding graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Available Shift

1st Shift

• Monday through Friday
• 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Overtime available

What You'll Do

• Perform MIG and ARC welding on industrial metal components
• Weld thick steel and tubing according to specifications
• Perform heavy industrial metal fabrication
• Fit and position materials as needed
• Read measurements and work accurately to meet production specifications
• Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality
• Follow established safety and production procedures
• Perform other welding and fabrication duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous welding experience
• Experience with MIG and ARC welding
• Heavy industrial metal fabrication experience
• Experience working with thick steel and tubing
• Fitting experience is a plus
• Ability to read measurements and work accurately
• Recent vocational or trade school welding graduates are encouraged to apply
• Dependable and able to report to work as scheduled

Must be able to pass both a background check and drug screening.
