persona service AG & Co. KG is seeking a skilled welder for MAG welding in the Bautzen area. You will read drawings, prepare parts, weld to specifications, and assemble metal structures in a safety-conscious environment.

The ideal candidate has completed an apprenticeship in metalworking as a welder or related field, holds MAG welding certificates, can read technical drawings, and is ready to work in shifts in Germany. A travel allowance and bonuses are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Apprenticeship in metalworking as welder or equivalent.
• MAG welding experience and certificates are preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings accurately.
• Good command of German; valid work permit preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts and contribute to safety standards.

• Perform MAG welding according to drawings and specifications.
• Prepare workpieces and perform post-welding tasks (grinding, fitting).

Responsibilities

• You carry out MAG welding work in accordance with drawings and specifications
• You prepare workpieces and carry out post-welding work on them (e.g. grinding, fitting)
• You check welds for quality and dimensional accuracy
• You assemble various metal structures
• You consistently adhere to safety and quality standards
• You carefully document work processes and results
• You have completed an apprenticeship in the metalworking sector as a welder (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metal fabricator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have valid MAG welding certificates
• You have experience in MAG welding (knowledge of materials would be an advantage)
• You can read and understand technical drawings with confidence
• You have a good command of German
• You hold a valid work permit
• You are willing to work shifts

Contract: Permanent, full-time position
