ManpowerGroup is seeking a Welder to join a manufacturing team supporting production of solid oxide fuel cell electrical power generators. The role focuses on reading work instructions, welding various positions, and ensuring parts are clamped and counted for quality.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of TIG welding experience (DC/AC, pulsed TIG), stick welding (SMAW), and oxy-acetylene experience, with a detail-oriented, proactive approach in a compliance-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year TIG welding experience (DC/AC) and oxy-acetylene torch preferred.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions and procedures.
• Experience welding INCONEL or stainless steel is preferred.
• Mechanical skills to use basic shop tools and equipment.

Our client, an industry leader in clean energy technology, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of solid oxide fuel cell electrical power generators. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder

Location: Newark, DE

Pay Range: $25-$28

Shift:

Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Monday - Thursday: 6:00 PM-4:30 AM plus 15% shift diff

Friday-Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Signing Bonus: $1,500 total for Welders — paid $500 at 30, 60, and 90 days of continuous employment.
